The ATM Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting ATM-related operational activities and projects. The role also supports operational dependencies where ATM functions intersect with digital channels.
Experience- 5 years experience in banking project.
- Coordinate ATM installations upgrades replacements and relocations.
- Participate in UAT for new ATM features or compliance-driven changes.
- Assist with enhancements such as deposit modules biometric features UI changes or authentication integrations.
- Resolve issues where ATM card status or failed ATM transactions impact online banking.
