Duvera's client, a very well-established boutique firm is looking for a Senior Counsel with 8+ years of litigation experience to join their team!

This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive attorney who thrives in a leadership capacity. You will function as the day-to-day manager and mentor for our junior associates (2–3 years' experience ) while collaborating closely with two partner-level litigators.

We’re looking for someone who can “captain the shi p”—ensuring matters move efficiently, tasks are appropriately delegated, and junior attorneys are supported, challenged, and developed
