Job Description

Minimum Requirements
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification
- 2–7 years' post-admission experience in civil and commercial litigation
- Experience in both Magistrates' Court and High Court
- Strong drafting, research, and litigation skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
Key Duties
- Manage civil, commercial, and family law matters from inception to finalisation
- Appear in Magistrates' Court and High Court for motion and trial proceedings
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, contracts, notices, and legal opinions
