Audio Engineer | $65/hr Remote

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and mix multi-track audio projects using Ardour or LMMS as the primary DAW.
• Demonstrate authentic end-to-end audio production workflows, from initial concept to polished final mix.
• Showcase creative experimentation, layering techniques, and real-time refinements during production sessions.
• Apply professional mixing techniques to enhance clarity, balance, dynamics, and overall sound quality.
• Clearly document and explain creative decisions and workflow rationale in written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate remotely with team members to meet project goals and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure final outputs meet professional standards for audio quality and artistic integrity.
