Job Description

We’re looking for an AV Technical Support Engineer. This is a hands-on, field-based role covering AV/VC support, troubleshooting, and installation support across multiple customer sites.

You’ll take ownership of technical issues from initial report through to resolution, while also supporting live projects and installations.

Key responsibilities

  • Attending customer sites across the UK and Europe to diagnose and resolve AV/VC issues
  • Carrying out investigations, fault-finding, PMVs, and installation support where required
  • Owning support tickets from receipt through to full resolution
  • Keeping customers updated on progress throughout the lifecycle of issues
  • Updating and maintaining the service desk system accurately
  • Testing, configuring, and preparing AV equipment for deployment
  • Supporting installation teams with AV/VC project delivery
