Responsibilities:

• Conduct audiological assessments and document results in EMR
• Interpret test results and provide patient counselling
• Perform hearing aid evaluations, fitting, and follow-up support
• Troubleshoot hearing devices and coordinate repairs/replacements
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and consumables
• Prepare reports and meeting minutes
• Supervise and train junior technicians
• Participate in research projects and training activities
