Job Summary
The Audio Visual Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of audio-visual and control systems. The role involves ensuring all AV systems are fully operational, supporting project delivery, and providing technical expertise across design, commissioning, and post-installation support. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot AV equipment and system faults, providing effective AV and system solutions to ensure full operational readiness.
Perform diagnostic checks on AV systems, including Video Conferencing systems, Control Systems (Crestron, Extron), Biamp audio systems, displays, projectors, and related equipment.
Carry out troubleshooting and rectification works for AV systems.
Test various types of cables and products before, during, and after installation, including rack assembly and equipment installation.
Oversee onsite testing and commissioning of completed projects.
