Randstad is partnering with one of the first few PCAOB audit firms, operating as a team across more than 90 countries. We are looking for a high‑performing Audit Assistant Manager / Senior / Semi Senior to join a specialized team handling US‑listed clients (PCAOB) and regional engagements across China, Hong Kong and APAC. This is your chance to gain elite exposure to US regulatory standards while working in a dynamic, non‑siloed environment.
Responsibilities
- Co Lead / Lead Fieldwork: In-charge of audit engagements for US‑listed companies (PCAOB standards) and multinational corporations across APAC.
- US GAAP & SOX: Execute testing of internal controls (SOX 404) and ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Supervision: Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior associates, ensuring audit quality and efficiency.
