Responsibilities
- Conducts provincial and plant audit.
- Checks Fixed and Piece rate payroll including preparation of yearly 13th month pay and request. Detects discrepancies to payroll summary VS DTR (Timekeeping System).
- Checks weekly warehouse expenses completeness, validity and compliance with approved budget.
- Checks collection reports for GMA and Provincial areas, and Aging of Receivables.
- Checks, monitors and reconciles inventories of provincial branch VS HO record.
- Checks the completeness series of used booklets – Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Pro Receipt, and Collection Receipt.
- Machine Shop Weekly Compliance- Rotation.
