Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end evaluation (commercial, financial, and operational readiness)
- Review service delivery documentation, QA processes, and operational controls
- Assess delivery governance including SLA management and complaint handling
- Prepare evaluation summaries and recommendations for approvals
- Support programme reporting and stakeholder updates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the ICT industry
- Experience in financial review and commercial due diligence
- Experience with process review / quality assurance / controls assessment
- Strong written and verbal communication
