    standards.
  • Plan and oversee audit assignments, including resource allocation and engagement
    timelines.
  • Identify accounting and internal control issues and provide practical recommendations
    to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on financial
    reporting matters.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members to enhance technical competency
