Audit Senior

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Reviewing audit files, working papers, and financial statements
• Supervising and mentoring Trainee Accountants
• Liaising directly with clients and managing client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
• Assisting with technical research and complex accounting matters
• Supporting partners and managers with reporting and finalisation of audits

Minimum Requirements

• Completed SAICA articles
• Relevant Accounting degree
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
• Proven ability to lead audit engagements independently
