Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Audit, Accounting & Tax department, including planning team structure and workflow.
  • Develop and execute department strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the key contact for major clients.
  • Prepare, review, and approve quotations, proposals, and engagement terms.
  • Advise clients on audit, accounting, and tax matters, including processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant laws, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review reports, financial statements, and tax submissions before finalisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
