Duties and Responsibilities
Important Note: This role will need to be 100% in office since due to the non-public personal information access they will have
· Perform advanced database validation and backend data verification using strong SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, data integrity checks, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.
o Apply basic IVR (Interactive Voice Response) testing knowledge, including validation of call flows, prompts, menu navigation, DTMF inputs, and backend integrations to ensure accurate customer interaction and system behavior (manual and automated where supported)
· Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD). Implement BDD test scenarios using Gherkin and collaborate with business and development teams to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements o Automate API testing using Rest Assured for RESTful services
