Automation Lead

A forward-thinking MSP is looking for an AI Automation Lead to play a key internal role in transforming how the business operates. This position focuses on automating and optimising internal service delivery, finance, operations, and sales functions, leveraging modern Microsoft and AI technologies. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who understands how an MSP operates and can design, build, and deploy automation at scale across internal teams.
