Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, standards, and governance frameworks for ICT systems.
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts including functional, integration, system, regression, API, and performance testing.
- Design and develop automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Manage defect lifecycle , perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
