Job Description

About the role:
IMPORTANT: It ́s not a engineering - design role, it ́s related with sales and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Quality Monitoring:
Conduct secret visits (mystery shopping) to BYD dealers and competitor service centers.
Collect and regularly report findings on service quality.
2. Sales Service Improvement:
Promote service improvement actions based on visit results.
Follow up to ensure that all identified issues are resolved effectively.
3. PDI & After-Sales Support:
Monitor and follow up on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and after-sales issues.
Support the rapid implementation of corrective and improvement projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related field.
Maximum 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, after-sales, and customer service in the automotive industry.
Advanced English proficiency
Knowledge of PDI processes...
