Description:
The Service Advisor position is the main point of customer contact either in person or on the telephone from providing information on repairs, quotes and other service needs. The Service Advisor will strive for the best service experience for our customers.
The Service Advisor will greet customers promptly and handle their inquiries. Obtain customer and vehicle information (concerns, issues, any information that will/might be important for the service needs). Promote the sale of labour and parts. Explain all completed work and charges to customers. Cashier the customer invoice. Maintaining steady work flow for technicians.
Must be courteous, reliable and punctual. Knowledge of the Mitchell Parts and Labour Guide would be a huge asset. Benefits package available. Salary DOQ.
