**职位概述**
自动驾驶 NPI 项目经理负责自动驾驶及半自动驾驶产品与系统的新产品导入（NPI）项目的端到端交付。该岗位需在卡特彼勒 NPI / NTI 流程中，领导跨职能团队，确保自动驾驶平台、系统、车辆自动化及现场解决方案在安全、质量、成本、进度和客户就绪度方面满足公司和客户要求。
该角色需要在 卡特技术方案部门，产品组，无人方案销售部门，全球技术专家， 供应链、经销商之间进行高效协同，重点支持矿山自动驾驶系统开发及现场部署落地。
**主要职责**
1. 自动驾驶 NPI 项目全生命周期管理
