Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


+ Install and maintain AV equipment (displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems).

+ Provide live event support and ensure high‑quality audio and video delivery.

+ Troubleshoot AV issues quickly to minimize downtime.

+ Manage VC platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, or Cisco.

+ Perform routine system checks, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

+ Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for AV solutions.


Skills Required:


+ Strong knowledge of AV hardware and Video conferencing systems.

+ Understanding of networking basics (IP, VLANs, QoS preferred).

+ Hands‑on experience with control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron is a bonus).

+ Problem-solving and customer support skills.


Preferred Certifications:



+ Crestron Certified (e.g., Crestron DMC‑E, Crestron Level 1/2)
