This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV systems at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Electronics, 2+ years of experience in AV systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of AV technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Teams is a plus. This position may require travel to client sites.
