Installation and Configuration
- Install, configure, and test AV equipment such as Samsung Smart TVs, Promethean and HIKVISION Interactive Boards, LED screens, audio systems, conferencing systems, ClickShare, and Zoom.
- Set up and configure meeting room management systems.
- Implement cable management and racking solutions for audio and amp systems.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of AV equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Replace faulty components and parts as required.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of all AV equipment.
- Provide technical support for AV software applications including Meetio App, Zoom, and meeting room management system software.
