About the job AVP - CRM & Cognitive Technologies Job Purpose:  Lead the strategic development and management of CRM and Cognitive Technologies (AI, NLP, RPA) to enhance customer engagement and drive digital transformation.

Qualifications & Skills:  Education:  Bachelors in IT/Computer Science (Masters/MBA preferred).
