Job Description

To support and manage end‑to‑end servicing of Marketing Representatives (MRs) and Advisers (collectively as Advisers), ensuring effective registration, training coordination, commission administration, reporting, and internal business processes. The role focuses primarily on adviser and client servicing while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Marketing Representatives (MRs) and Advisers (collectively as Advisers) on servicing matters.
  • Coordinate and manage Advisers registration, appointment, renewal, and termination processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Advisers onboarding, including documentation, system access, and briefing on products, processes, and compliance requirements.
