Job Description
15+ Year Experience in Middleware J2EE Platforms - Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat in UNIX (AIX, LINUX, HP UX and Windows Servers )
Ensure service stability, uptime of the systems under the portfolio as per the agreed SLA
Provide L3 support in the respective support areas and act on technical escalations
Provide on-call support, BAU and projects
Maintain systems in adherence with the audit and compliance requirements
Manage and closely work with application teams by supporting J2EE platforms
Opex (AMC) management for Middleware products in J2EE platforms
Capex management for Middleware products in J2EE platforms
Installation, Deployment and configurations for Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat
Upgrade of Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat
License compliance
Audit management for J2EE platforms
Incident, Change and Problem Management for J2EE platforms
