Awards Programme Coordinator (Jury Recruitment) 6 month Fixed-Term Contract

The Role

The Drum is seeking a Jury Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of jury recruitment mainly across two major global awards programmes taking place in November; The Drum Awards Festival and The Drum B2B Awards.  

This is a fast-paced, fixed-term support role focused on helping recruit and coordinate senior marketing and media professionals across a variety of disciplines and regions. 

Working closely with the Judging & Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will help: 

• research suitable senior marketers and industry professionals 

• send and manage outreach 

• track confirmations and responses 

• maintain and update databases 

• support panel completion 

• help keep recruitment moving at pace during busy delivery periods.
