**About the Job**:As a Cloud Operations Architect, you'll spearhead efficiency initiatives within our Cloud Operations team.You'll serve as a key escalation point, providing expert technical guidance and hands-on support to both customers and team members.Your role is crucial in ensuring our customer environments perform optimally.This position is 100% remote that sits in either the United States or Mexico.
