Position Summary

To perform professional driver duties and deliver product to McDonald’s restaurants in a timely and professional manner, helping offload the product and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Must be licensed and able to drive a tractor/trailer in a safe and proficient manner.
• Responsible for the equipment and product in your care.
• Responsible for inspecting your equipment to ensure it is in proper operating condition, fueled and ready for dispatch.
• Ensure each vehicle is secured and the refrigeration units are operating when the loading shift is completed.
• Connect, stage and secure all vehicles daily, according to the route load schedule.
• Complete required paperwork and perform daily inspections of the equipment.
• Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health and Safety rules set by the Company; report any injuries or incidents in a timely manner.
