·Cloud Skills: ≥10 years experience in Azure design, implementation, migration, provisioning, VM management, network config, backup/monitoring, disaster recovery.
·Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible; Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
·LINUX expertise:: ≥10 years managing Linux systems (RHEL at least) and Linux ecosystem
·Soft Skills: Leadership, communication
