Job Summary
We are looking for a Database Engineer to support SQL Server and MySQL database migrations to Azure while ensuring database performance, availability, backup/recovery, and incident resolution in a managed services environment.
Mandatory Skill-set- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in relational database administration with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL;
- Experience in database migration, backup & recovery, performance tuning, and Azure database services (Azure SQL / Managed Instance);
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills in enterprise database environments;
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work effectively in high‑pressure, client‑focused environments;
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent), with Azure/SQL/MySQL certifications being an added advantage.
