About the Role

We are looking for a growth-focused B2B marketer with a strong foundation in paid media and marketing automation. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads to our nearshore staffing solutions using a mix of paid strategies and sophisticated HubSpot automation. You will not just be buying media, you will be owning the engine that connects innovative US companies with world-class engineering talent in Latin America.
