Job Overview

We're looking for a talented B2 B Cold Calling Sales Representative with proven experience in outbound calling and a strong ability to drive conversations that lead to results. You’ll spend the bulk of your day on the phones using a power dialer, engaging with prospects, booking meetings, and nurturing leads through our CRM. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-activity, high-accountability environment — someone who is articulate, dependable, and driven to succeed. Key Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day using Aloware connected with Hub Spot

Set 3–4 qualified meetings daily with potential clients

Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to move them further through the sales funnel

Send emails and materials to prospects who have requested additional information (approx. 15% of daily activity)
