Role Overview
This is a high-volume outbound cold calling role. Your primary job is to start real conversations with business owners, qualify interest using a sales methodology framework, and hand warm leads to the sales leader for discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- 60+ outbound calls per day (attempted conversations, not just dials)
- Send personalized one-to-one SMS and email to warm contacts before or after calls
- Manage callback schedules and follow up booked callbacks on time
