- Minimal pendidikan S1 Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi, Teknik Informatika, atau jurusan terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Backend atau Fullstack Developer
- Menguasai salah satu atau lebih:
- Node.js
- Java Spring Boot
- PHP / Laravel
- Python
- Golang
- C#
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Memahami konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Memahami arsitektur aplikasi:
- MVC
- MVCC
- Clean Architecture
- Memahami REST API, SOAP, WSDL, dan microservices
- Memahami integration messaging menjadi nilai tambah
