Job Description

As a Back Office Business Analyst reporting to the AVP of Client Services, you'll play a critical role in driving client success across the APAC region by delivering expert advisory, implementation, and upgrade services for Nasdaq's Calypso product.
You'll thrive in this position if you're client-focused, analytical, and bring deep back-office expertise to a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your work enables global capital markets operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with Calypso best practices and business objectives.
Configure, test, and validate system solutions to meet business requirements, supporting clients through SIT, UAT, and go-live phases.
Create functional scope and solution documents that translate business needs into practical system capabilities.
