    - Responsible for managing the back-office team, mainly accounting and taxation functions
    - Manage accounting, human resources and general affairs functions
    - Gradually internalize accounting and taxation functions which are currently being outsourced
    - Control and manage monthly expenses and profit based on budget
    - Manage a back-office team of 5 members
    - Occasionally report to the General Manager
    - Other responsibilities as needed
