We are looking for a colleague to join the B2B team, where we will work together to test hypotheses and build new products. We prioritize autonomy, the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and prototyping skills.
We will work on part of the existing platform and develop new functionality to enhance employee skills. Additionally, we will build services to improve the hiring experience and other HR processes.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in Russian, with upper-intermediate or higher level proficiency in English;**:
- Experience with integrating or developing LLMs would be a plus;
- Experienced in any of Python, Golang, C#, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, PHP;
- High performance of writing high-quality, well-documented code;
- Write unit and integration tests, experience in TDD is advantage;...
