Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of breads, crackers, nut butters, plant-based cheeses, and other whole-food products.
- Execute recipes with precision to ensure taste, consistency, and quality.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, nutrition, and food safety in daily kitchen activities.
- Operate roasting, grinding, mixing, baking, and packaging processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with Head Chef/Manager to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Suggest improvements or creative ideas for new plant-based products.
Mandatory Skills
- Knowledge of plant-based ingredients including the making procedure of Cheese and Butter.
- Basic bakery and cooking techniques with an understanding of portioning and measurement.
- Attention to detail and consistency in execution.
