Assist the corporate chef in all aspects supervising food quality, production and costs.
 Assist in preparation procedures, presentation standards, observing methods of preparations,
verifying portion sizes and ensuring corporate standards for food quality are consistently met.
 Product R&D for new and old recipe development as per menu requirement and Manage food
