Location: Swindon District Centre, SN25 4AN
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Service operates 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday (shifts typically 08:00 to 16:00 or 12:00 to 20:00)
This role will involve handling inbound calls from service users and partner agencies via a telephony system, inputting information onto the clinical system, processing referrals, managing emails and supporting with general administrative duties.
