Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to join our NHS client’s reputable community service in London. This role is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours including weekends for an initial period of 3 months. 

As a Locum Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to individuals within the community setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to address the needs of clients in their own homes or community settings.
  • Providing expert occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, enhance function, and improve quality of life.
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, nurses, and support workers, to ensure holistic care delivery.
