Band & Orchestra Technician (Senior Grade)

International music company , based in the Jebel Ali Free Zone and responsible for distribution across the GCC, MENA, CIS, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Africa for musical instruments and audio products, and music education, is seeking a Senior Band & Orchestra Technician .

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Band & Orchestra instruments to distributors and their technicians across the region.
• Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs in alignment with Yamaha’s global quality standards and methodologies.
• Develop and update technical documentation (e.g., service manuals, repair guidelines). Design and deliver structured technical training programs, both in-person and online.
• Lead seminars, workshops, and certification sessions to elevate distributor technician capabilities.
