The Role


Application Support engineer to provide L2 support experience (shift based) in supporting banking Applications like CRM, Digital Onboarding, analyze, debug & resolve production issues. Experience with PHP, SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution, fine tuning, root cause analysis, scripting and automation skills
