At least 1 year of inbound call center experience servicing loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status, part of a deceased member's estate, and in a charged off status.

  • Zoom
  • Bank account access system e.g. Conversant, Portal, or similar system
  • Servicing loans and credit cards to include taking payments over the phone, discussing and enteringDebt settlements, providing account balances, researching and explaining account activity, and working with support teams to generate payoff letters, paid in full letters, bank statements, and settlement completion letters.
  • Servicing loans and credit cards that are part of a bankruptcy filing, a deceased member's estate, charged off due to excessive delinquency.


5-week training schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-430pm CT.

Shift hours: Mon-Thu 10am-630pm CT and Fri 830am-5pm CT.
