Job Summary

The Banquet Executive is responsible for coordinating and supervising banquet events to ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to service standards. The role involves managing event setups, overseeing service teams, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver successful events.

Key Responsibilities Event Operations
  • Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, including weddings, corporate
    functions, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings with banquet staff.
  • Ensure event requirements are executed according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • Monitor event progress and address operational issues promptly.
  • And other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager/Director of Banquet to assist on other outlets duty.
