We are hiring a Banquet Manager to oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events in hotels, conference centers, or resorts. This role ensures excellent guest experience, smooth coordination with internal departments, and management of third‑party vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage events: weddings, conferences, corporate functions.
- Coordinate with hotel departments (F&B, housekeeping, front office).
- Manage third‑party vendors: catering, decorators, AV, rentals.
- Supervise banquet staff and assign duties.
- Control budgets, costs, and billing.
- Ensure HACCP/food safety and HSE compliance.
- Handle guest complaints and maintain quality standards.
