Luxury Hotel in Camps Bay is looking for a guest-orientated Banqueting Coordinator to liaise with clients , ascertaining their r equirements and coordinating to ensure the successful execution of weddings, functions and conferences in a timely manner in accordance with the set standards. POSITION INFO:
Duties: Client Consultation & Planning: Manage client queries via phone, email, or in-person, and conduct venue site inspections.
Work directly with clients to plan menus, room layouts, décor, and audiovisual requirements.
Compile guest information into detailed function sheets outlining all event specifics. Cross Departmental Communication: Coordinate with chefs and F&B managers to ensure dietary requirements and service capacities are met.
