Job Summary: The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall bar operations, developing and curating the beverage program, and ensuring exceptional guest experience. This role plays a key part in the pre-opening phase, including menu creation, bar setup, and team training, while maintaining high standards in service, quality, and efficiency.

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service at all times
• Develop and create signature cocktail menus aligned with the restaurant concept
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
