Responsibilities
- Stocking and replenishing bar inventory (alcohol, mixers, garnishes, etc.)
- Cleaning and organizing bar area including glassware, utensils, and surfaces
- Assisting bartenders with tasks such as preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and restocking supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the back‑of‑house areas
- Helping to maintain a safe and sanitary environment by following health and safety regulations
- Providing excellent guest service by promptly fulfilling requests and assisting guests as needed
- Handling cash transactions if requiredAssisting with opening and closing duties as directed by management
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
