Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and teas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Education & Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Hospitality or related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and upselling skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee, engage with customers, manage inventory, and ensure quality consistency.
