Education & Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Hospitality or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and upselling skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee, engage with customers, manage inventory, and ensure quality consistency.
